Every Cherished Moments Co. item is made to order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at shaagensen86@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations and changes We begin preparing orders as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly at shaagensen86@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
